Refund policy

Many OurDesign Co. products are made just for you, using the names, dates, photos, handwriting or messages you give us. Our return and withdrawal terms are set out below in line with Turkish consumer law; mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Instant digital downloads

Printable and digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Because delivery starts as soon as you check out, these are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is corrupted, does not open, or does not match its description, email us at info@ourdesignco.store and we will send a working file or refund you in full.

Personalized products

Products personalized at your request (names, dates, photos, handwriting, star maps, QR code products, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please check your details and preview carefully before ordering.

Non-personalized physical products

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email info@ourdesignco.store with your order number within this period, then send the unused product in its original packaging within 10 days to the address below. For returns from outside Türkiye, return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the product is faulty.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order (for example, a misprinted name or date), email us a photo as soon as possible. We will remake, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. Because charges are made in Turkish lira, the refunded amount in your own currency may differ slightly due to exchange rates set by your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel a personalized order by emailing us before production starts. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
