Shipping policy

Digital products: worldwide, instant

Digital downloads and printables are never shipped. Your download link is shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to you right after payment, wherever you are. Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder or email info@ourdesignco.store.

Physical products: processing time

Every physical product is made to order. Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed and personalization details are complete.

Delivery times and rates

Within Türkiye, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. For international destinations, available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If we cannot ship a product to your country, checkout will not offer a shipping option.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Damaged parcels and address errors

Please check your parcel on delivery and email us a photo of any damage. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
